JOB DESCRIPTION:
Our growing business seeks an experienced, self-motivated Business Development Executive to meet customers, help them find what they need and sell products and services. We’re looking for a professional who can quickly absorb and retain product knowledge. The successful candidate will receive on-the-job training for 4 weeks in Gurgaon, then take over the role independently and indefinitely in the designated location.
QUALIFICATION:
MBA with ‘marketing specialisation’ preferred. Motivated freshers welcome.

- Basic understanding of Technology / IT
- Flexibility, persistency, time management
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry will be an added advantage
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Target oriented: To relentlessly chase, achieve and exceed defined targets
- Should be able to demo product and convince clients of the capabilities of the solution.
- Minimum number of effective meetings per day (AMPD)
- Share the previous day’s learning with the entire team. Highlight both the positive and negative experiences in order to help other team members.
- Update CRM on day to day basis
