Prices quoted are inclusive of taxes. Payments for all services and purchases are to be made upfront in advance through online payment modes (UPI, debit, credit card). Cheques and cash are not accepted.
The subscription date starts from the date of installation. The Doxper digital pen(s) and the first batch of Doxper prints would be delivered within 7 working days of template design finalisation.
Payment for renewal of annual subscription will be due two weeks before the expiry date. For trial accounts, the subscription date will start at the time of upgrading and payment of balance amount.
You can upgrade from Classic to Prime anytime. The balance amount due will be calculated on a pro-rata basis.
The Doxper digital pen is the property of InformDS Technologies Private Limited and must be returned at the end of the subscription period if not renewed. If the pen is physically damaged or lost, a replacement pen will cost Rs 12,000 including taxes.
As per India’s IT Rules, 2011, any record-keeping of ‘Sensitive Personal Data or Information’ i.e. medical records in any format (photocopy, scan, EMR, etc.) needs a written patient consent. The doctor/clinic is responsible for collecting the patient’s consent.
In case you are not satisfied with the service, Doxper will refund the subscription fee on a pro-rata basis, if the subscription is cancelled within 90 days of the invoice date, and if the Doxper digital pen is returned in fair, working condition. Purchases of Doxper coded sheets and other services are non-refundable.
